Not only did I learn how to do this at home, but you explained the processes behind the thinking. It is obvious that you want people to learn to truly help themselves. I didn’t technically get to zero on my feelings during turbulence, but that’s because a) I felt comfortable enough to interrupt the process with a few new thoughts, and b) you introduced guided visualization, which pleasantly surprised me. And I know I can get to zero on my own.

Plus, I now have several tools to use: breaking EFT down by feelings (the words aren’t as important) and by components of a situation and tapping on one a day; guided visualization; using visualization CDs and tapping on other issues while flying to distract the subconscious. (The comments of your pilot friend didn’t hurt either.;)
