Our goal is to help our Center of Success Associates to achieve personal and financial success. At The Center of Success in Wayne, PA, we provide a supportive atmosphere for growth and friendship.
As an Associate you are invited to participate in our monthly Mastermind meeting. At the CofS Mastermind meetings, ideas are shared and participants get support to bring their business and practice to the next level.

We are located on the 2nd floor of a historic stone building at Lancaster & Sugartown, right next to Braxton’s Animal Works. And one block from the R5 Strafford train station means that you can attract more clients.
Each office is furnished with a fireplace, antiques, desks, chairs, and a soft loveseat.

RATES
Based on a competitive rate we offer discounts based on the number of hours you rent. You can increase your hours at any time based on availability.
Per Base rate of $25 per hour.
40% Discount for 12 hours = $15.00 per hour
30% Discount for 8 hours = $17.50 per hour
20% Discount for 4 hours = $20.00 per hour
TOTAL WEEKLY COSTS
12 hours = $180
8 hours = $140
4 hours = $80
TWO OPTIONS FOR CHOOSING YOUR HOURS:
1. You can choose to have SET HOURS each week for the entire 6 month lease.
2. You can choose to enter your hours on the group calendar
(available 4 weeks in advance)
WORKSHOP SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT WHEN NOT IN USE BY ASSOCIATES. Contact us for costs and availability.
